2. How We Use Information

  • administer apprenticeship programs
  • generate, route, sign, store, and retrieve apprenticeship documents
  • support Form 671 processing and related workflows
  • track hours, evaluations, wages, and program progress
  • communicate with users about their account or program
  • produce reports and exports required for program administration and government reporting
  • maintain system security, logs, and audit trails
  • improve the App and troubleshoot technical issues

Your uploaded and entered data may also be used to generate registration-related forms and exports required by apprenticeship authorities.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information.

We may share information:

  • with program sponsors, employers, training providers, mentors, or administrators involved in administering your apprenticeship
  • with government agencies or registration authorities when required for apprenticeship registration, reporting, compliance, audit, or legal obligations

Because this App is designed to support apprenticeship registration and management, certain information may be disclosed to relevant agencies or program entities as part of that process.

4. E-Signatures and Documents

The App may generate, send, receive, and store electronically signed documents, including apprenticeship-related forms. Signed files and related metadata may be retained as part of the user's program record.
